Marketing Agency for Functional, Integrative & Longevity Medicine

We grow cash-pay and membership practices with ads that stay inside Meta, Google and FTC health rules, booking that writes straight into your EMR, and an AI receptionist that answers after hours.

We measure success in booked patients, not clicks

Functional and longevity practices sell long programs: labs, hormone care, peptide and weight protocols, memberships. A lead only counts when it books a consult on your calendar, so that is what we track and report, from the first ad click to the visit in your EMR.

Patients book straight into your EMR, day or night

Most functional medicine leads arrive after hours, when nobody is at the front desk. We connect each step so those leads become appointments.

  • Online booking into your EMR. Patients pick a provider, a visit type and a real open time, and the appointment is written to OptiMantra or one of the other EMRs we connect to. Nobody re-keys it.
  • An AI receptionist after hours. It answers calls, explains programs and pricing the way you set them, and books the visit into your EMR.
  • Follow-up in a HIPAA-compliant CRM. Discovery calls, lab reviews and membership renewals get text and email follow-up, so leads who don’t book get a reply.
  • Reports on booked and showed patients. Every booking is matched to its ad, so you can see which campaigns fill your schedule.

How we keep your ads inside Meta, Google and FTC health rules

Peptides, hormones, GLP-1s, IV therapy and regenerative care are some of the most restricted things you can advertise. Here are the rules that apply and what we do about each one.

Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

Meta rules

  • Ad copy can’t assert or imply a personal health attribute (“Struggling with low testosterone?”) or play on negative self-image.
  • Weight loss, cosmetic procedures and dietary supplements must be targeted at people 18 and older.
  • Since January 2025, many health and wellness advertisers can’t optimize on lower-funnel conversion events, and Meta blocks health data it detects in pixel events.
  • Meta won’t sign a BAA. Prescription drugs and online pharmacies or telehealth that prescribe need LegitScript certification.

What we do for Meta

  • We write about the service and the outcome you offer, never about the viewer’s body or condition.
  • No Meta Pixel on clinical pages. The Conversions API sends only a click ID, the event name and a timestamp. Form data goes server to server into our BAA-covered CRM.
  • No patient-list audiences. Weight and body ads never show before and after side by side.
  • We set age targeting and apply for LegitScript before any prescription or telehealth ad goes live.

Google Ads

Google rules

  • Prescription drug names (semaglutide, tirzepatide, testosterone and others) can only be used by certified advertisers, and only in approved countries.
  • Telehealth, online pharmacies and addiction services need LegitScript or Google certification.
  • Unproven or experimental treatments are banned, including most stem cell, cellular and gene therapy.
  • Personalized ads can’t target people on health conditions, and remarketing lists can’t be built from health signals.

What we do for Google

  • Certification comes before the campaign build, so ads aren’t disapproved on day one.
  • Restricted drug terms are kept out of ads and keywords, and campaigns are built around services patients search for, like “hormone therapy consultation”.
  • Performance Max URL expansion is off, so Google can’t send traffic to pages that break policy.
  • Conversions are uploaded by click ID with no patient details, and retracted when an appointment cancels.

FTC

FTC rules

  • The 2022 Health Products Compliance Guidance requires competent and reliable scientific evidence for any health claim, including “reverse aging” or “balance your hormones”.
  • The 2023 Endorsement Guides and the 2024 Consumer Reviews and Testimonials Rule ban fake, bought or cherry-picked reviews, with civil penalties.
  • The GoodRx and BetterHelp cases show that sharing health data with ad platforms is treated as a privacy violation.
  • Membership prices and cancellation terms have to be clear before the patient pays.

What we do for FTC

  • Claims are worded as what the program involves, not guaranteed results, and every outcome claim we use comes with your evidence.
  • We never write, buy or pay for reviews. Review requests go straight to Google.
  • Testimonials and before-and-afters come from your real patients, used with their consent.
  • Membership landing pages show the price, what is included and how to cancel.

HIPAA

HIPAA rules

  • Any vendor that stores or sends patient information on your behalf is a business associate and needs a signed BAA.
  • Tracking pixels on pages about conditions or appointments can disclose protected health information.

What we do for HIPAA

  • We sign a BAA with every practice as standard.
  • Our SOC 2 and HIPAA controls are published on our trust center.

Pricing

Every quote is built for your practice: how many locations and providers you have, which programs you want to grow, and which channels you need. We put the price and terms in writing before you sign anything.

What a quote covers
Website or landing pages, Google and Meta ads management, SEO, online booking into your EMR, the AI receptionist and the CRM, priced as one plan or per service.
Ad spend
Your ad budget is paid to Google and Meta directly, kept separate from our fee and set by you.
Terms
Contract length and terms are shared in writing with your quote.

Functional medicine marketing FAQ

Can you advertise peptides, hormones and GLP-1 programs?

Yes, within each platform’s rules. On Google, prescription drug names need certification, so until that is in place we advertise the consultation and the program, not the drug. On Meta, we target adults 18 and older, avoid personal-attribute wording and never show weight before and after side by side. Telehealth prescribing needs LegitScript first.

What about stem cell, exosome and regenerative treatments?

Google bans ads for most unproven or experimental treatments, including most stem cell and cellular therapy, and Meta reviews them closely. We advertise the evaluation visit and the services you offer that are allowed, and send traffic to pages that make no claims you can’t support.

Do you work with cash-pay and membership practices?

Yes. Campaigns are built around discovery calls and initial consults, and the CRM follows up on lab reviews and renewals.

Which EMRs do you connect booking to?

OptiMantra and the other EMRs on our integrations list. Patients pick a real open time and the appointment is written into your EMR. If yours isn’t listed, ask us and we’ll check.

Will you sign a BAA?

Yes, with every practice. Patient information stays in our HIPAA-compliant CRM, and none of it is sent to Meta or Google.

What happens when an ad is disapproved?

We fix the ad itself and resubmit it, or appeal when the flag is wrong. We don’t create a new copy to slip past review. Fixing the original keeps the account in good standing.

How long until we launch?

It depends on what you need. Certification (LegitScript or Google) can take several weeks, so we start it in the first week and launch the services that don’t need it while we wait.

What will we see in reports?

Leads, booked appointments, shows and cost per booked patient by campaign, matched against your EMR, not just form fills or clicks.
